Self Defense Solutions
Our program is comprised of the American Kenpo System. American Kenpo encompasses scientific principles designed to increase effectiveness in physical confrontations. We present solutions for real world self defense situations. In addition to the kenpo curriculum, we also incorporate the study of pressure point fighting, kiaijitsu, grappling, boxing, and kickboxing, to further our students' base of knowledge giving them more tools they need should a situation arise.
Fitness & Well Being
Classes feature drills and exercises aimed at improving strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, stamina, and body awareness. While improving your physical fitness ability, you will also gain self-confidence and a deeper understanding of yourself.
